Reviewing and Publishing

This process applies to any content: new pages, changed pages, calendar entries, and news entries. Reviewing can be done by anyone but the author of the proposed changes. Only after it has been positively reviewd, a proposed change can be published.

Reviewing​

  • Go to the Sections Knoelge Base GitHub Repo
  • Click on "Pull Requests" in the top navigation bar
  • Select the proposed change that you want to review
  • Click on "Files Changed"
  • Evaluate if the proposed changes are O.K.
  • Click on button "Submit Review"
  • Write a (short) review
  • If the changes are correct, select "Approve". If not, select "Request Changes"
  • Click Button "Submit Review"

Publishing​

  • After a proposed change has at least one "Approve" review, a button "Squash and merge" appears. Click this Button to publish the content.
  • It may take up to two minutes until the changes become visible in the Website
