The recommendation document managed in this directory is written in file index.qmd in Markdown syntax using quarto so both HTML and PDF can be generated from one source. Please consult the quarto documentation or just write Markdown.

HTML output can be generated from command line with quarto render or quarto preview.

A public HTML version of the document is going to be published automatically via GitHub Action so please don’t commit any result files to the git repository.
