Working Group Materials Inventory

Training offerings and materials already exist, but are often only known or accessible to a small circle of people (e.g. Train-the-Trainer concepts for RDM or Carpentries materials). This working group identifies such offerings within the consortia, reviews them, makes them usable in the sense of the FAIR principles, and consolidates them.

Metrics for classification are developed based on the target group profiles and educational objectives from the Target Group and Needs Analysis WG, providing the foundation for the modular concept. In addition to involving all NFDI consortia, communication with initiatives outside the NFDI is essential — for example, state-level RDM initiatives or data competency centres — to further disseminate and utilise their offerings.
