Working Group RDM Helpdesk Network

The goal of this working group is to connect the helpdesk teams of NFDI consortia with the helpdesk teams of institutions, so that all users can find and receive optimal support for their RDM needs.

This requires collaboration among RDM helpdesk teams from different institutions and disciplines to exchange experiences and knowledge about RDM infrastructure and workflows, best practices, and specific use cases of advising and documentation.

Anyone who wants to contribute to the networking of RDM helpdesks is welcome to participate.
